Fly Guy Gift Box

Our annual Fly Guy Box is back — a limited-edition collection created especially for the aviation guy in your life. This year’s box combines practical everyday pieces, a little aviation personality, and a few thoughtful details you won’t find just anywhere.

At the center of the box is a Port Authority® Fairway Stretch 1/4-Zip, embroidered on the chest with AV8R for a subtle aviation touch. It’s polished enough for work or travel, but comfortable enough for everyday wear.

You’ll also choose your favorite beanie style, designed by Barking Pixel and made by Vermont-based 4T2D. The name 4T2D stands for “Fortitude” — the strength to move forward, adapt, and embrace whatever comes next. Made from acrylic, these beanies are a cozy addition for colder-weather flying, travel, or everyday wear.

Rounding out the box is a fun travel-themed manicure set, tucked inside a compact case designed to look like a miniature roller bag — complete with a little handle and wheels.

You can also customize the box with a couple of optional aviation add-ons, including our Airplane Pocket Multitool and an airplane ornament handmade by our friends at Kate & Co. in Ohio.

Preorder through October 26. Because the 1/4-zips are embroidered especially for this box, we need a little extra time to prepare them. Orders placed by the deadline are planned to ship in time to arrive before Thanksgiving.
