Shipping
We offer US domestic shipping of in-stock shop products, pricing starts at $5.25. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If you are outside of the US and have questions, please contact us.
The Pilot Wives Club subscription box is available to ship worldwide. US shipping is $10, Canadian shipping is $20 and other regions outside of the US and Canada is $40. The subscription box ships on mid-January, mid-March, mid-May, mid-July, mid-September, and mid-November.
You will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. If your package is damaged please email us at julie@pilotwivesclub.com within 48 hours. For orders shipped via USPS, if your package doesn’t arrive, reach out to your local post office, this is the best chance of finding a missing package. If your local post office is not able to find your package, most packages are insured and you may file a claim with USPS. Please also email us to let us know of the situation and we will help with a replacement.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for shop products (excluding the Pilot Wives Club subscription box and the Pilot Gift Box), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at julie@pilotwivesclub.com, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless the item was damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and a credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, not including shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The bi-monthly subscription box is not refundable or returnable, however if you have problems or concerns please reach out so that we can help.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
