Sign up for our 2025 PWC Getaway to Savannah, GA!

The Details!

Once you sign up, I’ll pass your contact information to the Pixie Planner Rhiannon Mikkelson (fellow pilot wife) who will help you book your hotel stay.  I’m excited that we have two hotel options, the beautiful Drayton Hotel, rooms are approximately $600/night (including taxes, etc) or the Holiday Inn Express at approximately $315/night, both hotels are located 1 block away from each other and can be shared between roommates.

We’ll also have a Group Me chat group so we can all stay connected before and during our trip.

May 1st – We’ll plan a group dinner, I’m waiting to finalize the location until I know how many of us there will be, this will either be paid Dutch or more likely a per person rate.  I’ll keep you updated as that is finalized.

May 2nd – We’ll start off with coffee and pastries and then you can decide how you’d like to spend your day.

• Take time at the spa
• Book a ticket on the hop-on-hop-off bus and see all the Savannah sites at your own leasure
• Hang out by the pool
• For dinner – I’ve booked reservations in groups of 6 at several different locations, pick your reservation when we meet on Thursday night.
• Meet up after dinner for a slow bike ride tour, we can pick the pub crawl or the haunted tour

May 3rd

• We have an outing planned to Tybee beach if you’d like to soak up some salt and sun.  I found a company that will take groups, they’ll provide towels, chairs, coolers (with a pit stop to get snacks along the way) and umbrellas.  We’ll grab lunch and enjoy a leisurely day.
• On Saturday evening The Olde Pink House, a famous Savannah restaurant is hosting a Derby Party providing unlimited cuisine, live music and cocktails.  The party is a benefit for Savannah’s at-risk youth. Tickets are $100 and I’ll provide the link to book directly if you’d like to attend.

May 4th

• Have a safe trip home and we’ll see you next year.

We’d love for you to sign up as soon as possible so we know how many people to count on, but totally understand the whole crew scheduling dance, if you can’t commit until later, we’ll figure it out and get you included!!  Once you check out, watch for a very detailed email from me, reach out if you have any questions!  julie@pilotwivesclub.com
