I can’t wait for this year’s trip to Sedona, Arizona! It will be April 16-19th 2026!
I’ve booked a few amazing houses, House 1 is linked here, House 2 is linked here House 3 is linked here and House 4 is linked here! House 1-3 are all right next door to each other and house 4 is across the street, how lucky is that!! There are a couple of room options, everyone will have their own bed but you may have a shared bathroom. The price includes everything for your lodging (booking fees, taxes, etc.).
The way our Getaways work is that you can pick and choose what you’d like to do, this is YOUR Getaway. I’ll come up with some fun group activities but if you want to do your own thing, that’s totally fine too! All I ask is that you’re flexible, ready to meet new people and want to have a fun time! We’ll have a Group Me chat group so we can all stay connected before, during and after our trip. If you’d like to help me, I would LOVE that, I’ve listed a couple of options to choose from, completely optional but may be a fun way to be involved and share your talents. Go ahead and get your flights in order, most will be flying in to PHX, hold off on transportation from Pheonix to Sedona until after you join our chat group as you can coordinate rental cars with the others and there is a shuttle option.
This is a labor or love for me, I don’t profit on these trips, there will be some additional costs later such as shared groceries, transportation, etc. and I’ll let you know about those as they come up. If you happen to see a coupon at checkout, please don’t use it 🙂
We’d love for you to sign up by March 15th so we know how many people to count on, but totally understand the whole crew scheduling dance, if you need more time, just let me know and we’ll figure it out!! If you could email me to let me know you’re hoping to come, that would help me out so much. I know it can be kinda scarey to go on a trip with strangers, know that I’ll be there for you and will do my very best to make sure you have a good time. These have been really fun trips and the women who have come in the past are amazing, with forever friendships made. PS – This trip is for any and all woment involved in aviation (pilot wives, pilots, GA enthusiast, etc). You don’t have to be a pilot wife to come nor a box subscriber. But, this is not a time to bring your sister, bestie, mom . . . (unless they’re involved in aviation of course). Come and meet new people!

Saturday – Hiking, Shopping, Optional Jeep Tour, Dinner
Sunday – Head Home
